Welcome to Youth at Saint George’s Church.

Saint George’s Church has lots happening for youth. Our vision is to be a place all young people can find belonging.

It is a place where young people make friends, discuss life and hear about Jesus. This summer we are launching youth on Friday Nights. An all new group for the teenagers and young people of Gateshead and Newcastle (11-18s).

New for our summer term is Friday Nights.
Friday Nights is space created for young people to thrive.
Bring your friends, make new friends and start the weekend with us as we have fun, chat about life and hang out together.

It happens fortnightly at St George’s Durham Road, from 7pm-9pm. It is totally free and we would love for you to join us.

Friday Nights  is led by Jen and Connor Welch, and their team.
THIS TERM // 9th June, 7pm-9pm // 23rd June, 7pm-9pm // 14th July, 7pm-9pm

Sunday Breakfast takes place during our 10.30am Morning Gathering. We have an easy Sunday morning with breakfast, lots of fun and time to talk about Jesus.

Then in the Evening, The Six creates a place where teenagers can join with students and young adults to make great friends, worship together and hear from the Bible. The Six begins with a Café from 5:30pm.

Over the summer term (from the beginning of June), we gather at 6 on Sundays for St. George’s Summer Nights: an hour of prayer and worship, with a short bible reflection before our summer café at 7.

Youth on Sundays is led by Nina, Jen and Connor.
